The Events Committee is responsible for YaleBoston's programming, including the organization and promotion of our events, approval and supervision of events planned by volunteers or partner organizations, and coordination with student groups and university departments that put on events in Boston.
Jennifer Madar, Chair (email@example.com)
Under our bylaws, the Leadership Committee exists "to nominate persons to serve as directors and officers of the Corporation"; persons so nominated are then voted on by the members at the annual meeting. Its function has been completed for the 2016-2017 election cycle, and new members will be appointed before the 2018 annual meeting.
Membership and Marketing Committee

The Membership and Marketing Committee is responsible for advertising YaleBoston, promoting contributing membership, coordinating communications with our members, and pursuing new member benefits.
Brian Hoefling, Chair (email@example.com)
The Website Subcommittee of the Membership and Marketing Committee is charged with managing and maintaining YaleBoston's online presence, including its website, email communications, and social media accounts.
Julia Travers, Chair (firstname.lastname@example.org)
The Outreach Committee coordinates YaleBoston's community service activities, and is particularly responsible for organizing and promoting the Yale Day of Service in Boston.
Young Alumni Committee
Caroline Dewing and Brian Hoefling, Co-Chairs (email@example.com)
The Young Alumni Committee is YaleBoston's liaison to alumni from the last ten graduating classes. The committee is responsible for all young alumni events and the Young Alumni Bulletin, a supplement to our regular newsletter.
