CANCELLED: Dinner at Blue Ginger with Chef Ming Tsai '86

Ming Tsai, Chef and Owner of Blue Ginger and host of the public television cooking show SIMPLY MING, will host the Yale Club of Boston for an evening of fine cuisine in the Blue Ginger private dining room. Ming will join us to introduce the four-course menu and mix and mingle during dinner.

Chef Tsai has won numerous awards as one of the region's top chefs and Blue Ginger is consistently rated one of the Boston area's top restaurants.

There will be a cash bar beginning at 6:30; dinner will be served at 7:00. A complimentary parking lot is located behind the restaurant and ample metered parking is available on the street. Tickets are $125 for YaleBoston sustaining members and $140 for all other alumni and affiliates.
