SAVING THE WORLD: WHOSE JOB IS IT, ANYWAY?

Multi-sector perspectives on the evolving landscape of social and environmental impact.

Please join us on January 28th to launch the New England Chapter of YANA, and kick off an ongoing series of dynamic learning and networking events across New England.

For this launch event, we're bringing together Yale alums from across the public, private and nonprofit sectors for a panel discussion to explore cross-sector collaboration, the role of different sectors in driving change, and the rapidly evolving landscape of social/environmental impact.  

Panelists include:
Anya Brickman Raredon ('04), Principal, Affordable Housing Institute;
 
Gina Rheinfrank ('90),Director of Fund Development, CLF Ventures (Conservation Law Foundation) and Board of Directors, Charles River Conservancy;
   
Laurie Barron ('81),Executive Director, Feinstein Center for Pro Bono & Experiential Education, Roger Williams University School of Law;
 
Margaret Boasberg ('90), Partner, The Bridgespan Group;
 
Katie Schindall (MEM/MBA '11)Consultant Program Manager, Sustainability, EMC.   

The panel will be facilitated by social impact and branding strategist Craig Bida ('88; MBA '99).

The program is being graciously hosted by Willy Foote ('90) at the Cambridge, MA offices of Root Capital (130 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139). We'll start at 6pm with cocktails, followed by the panel discussion from 6:30-7:30.
